Prof. Dr. med. Hatem Alkadhi

Hatem Alkadhi, MD, MPH, EBCR, FESER, is a professor in radiology and deputy director at the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of the University Hospital Zurich, University of Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland and has been president of the Swiss Society of Radiology (SGR-SSR).

Dr. Alkadhi serves as the head of cardiovascular imaging and director of computed tomography research. Dr. Alkadhi has authored more than 400 articles in peer reviewed scientific journals, over 20 book chapters, and is the editor of 5 books.

Dr. rer. biol. hum. Saltybaeva Natalia

Dr. Saltybaeva Natalia, board-certified medical physicist (SSRMP), got her PhD in Erlangen, Germany, performing research in the area of CT radiation dose optimization. She has broad expertise in diagnostic radiology, radiation safety, dosimetry and Monte Carlo simulations.

From 2015 to 2019 Dr. Saltybaeva lead the CT physics group at the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of the University Hospital Zurich. Her research is mainly focused on the development of advanced methods for radiation dose optimization and patient-specific dose assessment.

Davide Cester, PhD

Dr. Davide Cester is a board-certified medical physicist (SSRMP) with a PhD in Nuclear Physics from University of Padova, Italy. He has several years of experience in the fields of radiation measurement, radiation safety and security, data analysis and software simulations.

Since 2019 Dr. Cester has been leading the CT physics group at the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of the University Hospital Zurich.
